<title>Male-ian vs. Female-ian Brew-off - June 21st</title>
<link>http://www.ale-iansociety.org/Article45.html</link>
<description>The annual Male-ian vs. Female-ian Brew-off will be held on June 21st, starting at 10am. It will be held at Matt &amp; Amanda's house located at 4901 40th St. This is our annual Guys vs. Girls brewing competition which both teams must brew a beer that we choose randomly from entries placed in a hat at a club meeting. This year Fruit Beer was chosen. We then decided to specify what type of fruit must be used rather than the base style and leave the bast style up to each team to decide. The fruit that was drawn was strawberry, so both teams must make a strawberry beer, both beers will be judges at the Cactus Challenge and the highest scoring beer will win the competition. Since the style was chosen, secret planning by both teams has been underway. We welcome everyone the help join in the fun and help out their gender win, so hop on the forums and join us for the brewing. The Male-ains won it for the first time ever last year, can they repeat or will the girls take it back? We shall see...

Oh, and don't forget about the Monthly meeting on June 13th.
