"Fellow Homebrewers!

I am happy to invite to you and your fellow homebrewers to the 17th annual Lunar Rendezbrew! So please share this with message them!

The premier summer homebrew event of the Texas coast will be held Saturday evening, 4:00 -11:00 PM, July 31st, 2010 at the Bay Area Community Center in Seabrook, Texas.

The contest phase of Lunar Rendezbrew is a BJCP sanctioned homebrew contest. The contest is open to entries in all BJCP recognized categories plus alternative beverages (Wines and Liqueurs).

Entries are due by Saturday June 26th, no later than noon! We invite you to register your entries on line. http://mashtronauts.pbworks.com/LR-Submit-Entry
The First and Second rounds of judging will be held on Saturday, July 10th at Faust Distributing Company, and Sunday July 18th at St. Arnold’s Brewery.

Then on Saturday, July 31st, is Rendezbrew! Held at the Bay Area Community Center, it is a family friendly event with the doors opening at 4pm. Your ticket, purchased online for $20/adult or $8/6-21 and under 6 Free (or for $30/$10 at the door) will grant you admission to an evening of beer, food, beer, games, beer, live music, and fun for everyone!

Register and pay for your entries online and the club will pay and handle shipping for the competition.

Phillip Rose did very well at the Lunar Rendezbrew.
Two bronze finishes in the White and Red wine category, with a jalapeno wine and cabernet sauvignon.
